This Privacy Policy describes how eSign ("we") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our electronic signature service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following information: account details (name, email, encrypted password), documents uploaded to the system, signer details (name, email/phone as entered by the account owner), signature data (signature image, IP address, browser identification, timestamp), and an Audit Trail for legal documentation purposes.
Use of Information
The information is used for: operating the electronic signature service, identifying and authenticating signers, generating signing certificates and legal documentation, and improving the service and technical support.
Storage and Security
Documents and data are stored on secure servers. Passwords are encrypted using bcrypt. Documents are stored with SHA-256 hashing for integrity verification. We take reasonable security measures to protect information, but cannot guarantee complete security.
Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except: when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or for technical infrastructure services required to operate the Service.
User Rights
In accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you have the following rights: access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your account and associated data (subject to signature record retention obligations), and opting out of direct marketing.
Cookies
The Service uses cookies for: managing login sessions, identifying returning users, and integration with third-party services (such as Getapp). You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
