Service Description

eSign is an electronic signature service for digital documents. The Service allows uploading PDF documents, defining signers, positioning signature fields, and generating unique signing links. Electronic signatures created through the Service are general electronic signatures in accordance with the Israeli Electronic Signature Law, 2001.

User Obligations

Users agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, not to upload illegal content, to keep their password confidential, and not to allow unauthorized access to their account. Users are responsible for ensuring signers have given consent to sign the documents.

Electronic Signature

Signatures created through the Service are general electronic signatures. The Service maintains a complete record of the signing process, including IP addresses, timestamps, browser identification, and consent confirmation. This documentation is accessible via a downloadable Signing Certificate.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided AS IS. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service, including loss of documents, technical failures, or signatures that do not meet specific legal requirements. It is recommended to consult legal counsel regarding the validity of electronic signatures in your specific context.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any matter arising from these terms is granted to the competent courts in Israel.
